About WARRANTY FROM Kronos Hair
FREE REPAIR OR A REPLACEMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
If you experience significant hair loss within the first two weeks, leading to a bald spot covering more than 10% of the base, we offer a free repair or replacement based on the specific circumstances. To provide a solution, please share details such as the date of your installation, your hair system care and maintenance routine, and any treatments like perming or bleaching applied to the hair system.
You are responsible for the return shipping. You can send the product back to us, but we do not cover the shipping costs. The repair process typically takes 2-5 weeks, depending on the specific circumstances.
The following items are not covered by this warranty:
· l Full V-looped hair systems
· l Clearance Items
· l Hair systems that have been permed, colored, bleached, or otherwise chemically treated by the client.

The hair itself is good quality. The platinum blonde color is spot on and not overly yellow. You can leave it as is or tone it. It is able to be dyed. The toupee itself is A little big. You will have to cut this to what you need.it's easy I will definitely suggest take it to a professional for cutting and sizing for the first using. Otherwise it does secure nicely without lifting.

As long as you get this professionally cut and styled by somebody who knows how to handle these pieces it’ll look great. It needs to be thinned out a lot depending on the thickness you ordered. Tweeze at the hairline so that it doesn’t look so thick, and you can shape the hairline to look more like your own. None of us have perfect hairlines so don’t be afraid of messing it up. It can even get wavy like mine did if you don’t prefer straight hair. I was really surprised as you know a lot of stuff online never shows up like it looks in the advertisement but this one definitely came in great quality.
